When you submit a quote request, we collect:

Contact Information: Name, phone number, email address
Location: Suburb, city, state (not your exact address)
Service Request: Description of what you need, category, urgency
Voice Recordings: If you use voice input (optional)
Photos: If you upload images of your job (optional)

2. How Your Information is Shared

            Maximum 5 Providers: Your contact details can only be shared with a maximum of 5 providers that you explicitly choose to connect with.
        

3. How We Protect Your Information

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
Contact details are stored securely and never exposed publicly
We never sell your personal information to third parties
Voice recordings are processed by AI and not stored permanently

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Delete Your Request: Cancel and delete your request at any time via your tracking page
Access Your Data: View what information we have about you
Update Your Data: Correct any inaccurate information
Withdraw Consent: Stop receiving quotes at any time

5. Data Retention

Active Requests: Kept for 30 days, then auto-expired
Completed Jobs: Kept for 12 months for dispute resolution
Expired/Cancelled Requests: Deleted after 90 days

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal cookies for:

Session management (remembering your tracking token)
Anonymous analytics (page views, not personal data)

We do not use advertising cookies or track you across websites.
